The DASL membership consists of Life members and Ordinary members.

To become a member please send in your details through email or download the membership application form and send it to the National Diabetes Centre.

Members will be sent our DASL newsletter free of charge.

Life Membership         - Rs. 2,500 /=
Ordinary Membership - Rs. 200/= per year (January to December)

Payment can be made by cash or by cheque written out to ‘Diabetes Association of Sri Lanka’ and sent to National Diabetes Centre No. 50 Sarana Mawatha Rajagiriya.
