20th World Diabetes Congress, Montreal Canada

The International Diabetes Federation held the 20th World Diabetes Congress (WDC) in Montreal, Canada on 18-22 October 2009. The WDC is an ideal opportunity for all diabetes stakeholders to connect in person and exchange state-of-the-art knowledge. The 19th WDC was held in Cape Town in 2006, which was attended by over 12,000 participants.


The Diabetes Association of Sri Lanka was in charge of organising the Living with Diabetes Stream of the WDC, which included the following topics below.
